“I want to start by saying this cleanser makes my face feel amazing. With that said, I’ve never invested in myself especially with skincare that costs a good penny. I love this but my bottle was literally only half full when I received it. I didn’t think to weigh it but I just feel the price is expensive to not be full. I do like the product though and will maybe continue to purchase but it’s a huge splurge for me.”
Hi Brandi, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review. Our cleanser tubes are filled by a machine which is set to fill the tube to 115mls of product (even though we sell the product advertised as 100ml). The tubes themselves are standard size 100ml product fill tubes and will always allow for an extra 30-40% more room in the tube which allows for the air and also enough room for the sealing process. If any cleanser were to reach the top of the tube once the air is released, the tube would not be able to be sealed. The Cleanser should sit at the word BRIGHTENING when brand new and unused.
