Thanks so much for your recent product review, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't have the results you had expected from the Acai Balancing Oil. This isn't what we hear often as we have found this particular Skin Treat to be wonderful for those with oily skin to help balance and prevent breakouts, but certainly shouldn't be causing them!
I would love to take a look into your routine, to see if there are any tweaks we could make the perhaps get those results on track.
