I reached out to Esmi before I left a review after being a long standing client (a lot of money spending client) the response I was hoping for “let us credit you with something you like” but instead they wanted my skin routine? My routine is fine I love your cleanser, your oils I have heaps of your products including masks etc
I just gave feedback on the hydrating hydra fluid moisturizer which is not to standard.
I’m good, I have other brands I’m willing to spend money on. Won’t be purchasing any products again. Even the ones I liked. Customer service very poor.

Mornings I cleanse then use hydrate blue serum followed by the hydrating mylck moisturiser which I love that combo. Night time I have swapped the mylck for this and I’m in love with it! Well done esmi you have done it again. Highly recommend this product!”
