“I absolutely love the serums, they’re beautiful and make my skin feel so nice. However, I’m extremely disappointed in the cleansers - I was really excited to try them because people rave about them, but they don’t do anything. I have found that none of them remove my make up at all - even after a triple cleanse. I’m really disappointed and don’t see what all the fuss is about.”

This is such a shame, and not something we hear in regards to our Uncomplicated Cleansing range!
As our Cleansing range are good-for-the-skin Cleansers, without any harsh or stripping ingredients, we do suggest a Double Cleanse for foundation removal. Applying your Cleanser to damp hands but a dry face which helps to break down foundation, and then repeating.
If you wear a heavier foundation, also removing your Cleanser with our Micro Fibre Mitt is really helpful, for that little bit extra!

“My 1st time using esmi products. I have since brought a few in the larger sizes. Love the bamboo exfoliator so gentle and moisturizing which is hard to find these days as they mostly leave my skin dry. This collection lasted me about 3 months with me still having the booster mask, exfoliator and cleansers as I was alternating between cleansers. I would say my skin seems less dull and so much more hydrated since using these products. The mini treats don't have the same feature to get every last drop out so towards the end was a tiny struggle.”
