“I was really let down by the product. The mitt becomes heavy once put under water and is really awkward taking off makeup. You almost have to wet it and then wring out the mitt either with it on or off. I much prefer the little round makeup removing mitts, they seem more hygienic. Also there is no little loop to hang up in the shower either like on other ones i have used, just the Esmi tag which is too thick to hang on hooks. I am a big Esmi fan so was disappointed with this product.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Microfibre Mitt. We truely appreciate the feedback and will pass this on. In regards to it becoming quite wet, you absolutely need to wring it out before use. I will pop our 'How to Use' instructions below :-)
Run your Microfibre Mitt under clean tepid/lukewarm water. Wring out excess water before use. Pop in the washing machine as often as needed in a delicates bag.
