“I like the packaging of esmi products. I do wonder if the serums containing vitamin c would be best contained in a darker glass to prevent the product from being affected by light. I've bought the hyaluronic serum before, and I love it. I'm new to the brightening serum and mask though. I think it has slightly lightened old pimple scars but some pigmentation still persists. It did make me break out to begin with, but my skin seems to have adjusted. I've only been using it once at night, even second night. I was wanting to use it for the brightening purposes too, which it seems to do. But it may just be the sheen of the oil on my skin from the açai oil I use rather than the serum. The rose and bamboo exfoliant leaves my skins feeling smooth, but I'm not sure that it does much exfoliation. It seems almost too gentle to be doing anything.. however, it's nice to use. The uncomplicated cleanser is a typical consistency for a cream cleanser. My skin seems to like it. Although the kit came with a headband, I rarely use it as I don't have a fringe. I tend to use the cleanser mitt more. Although I do wish that was just a cloth and not a mitt. Overall, it was a nice kit to get for the price. But I'd only buy it when on sale.”
“The self care kit has made my skin breakout really badly and I got very (what I thought and what I was told by your online chat box) calming products for sensitive - dry skin types but after using it for nearly 6 weeks it hasn’t made improvements to my skin and has taken my skin from rarely getting pimples (only here and there) to having pimples everywhere ….. I really wanted these products to work for me because I have been following this brand for a while and love what you stand for but unfortunately that is not the case :(.”
