Thanks so much for your recent review, I'm really sorry to hear your feedback in regards to our Hyaluronic Serum. This isn't the type of feedback we hear about the Hyaluronic Serum, as this is our best selling skin treat, so this is such a shame!
The Hyaluronic Serum helps to increase skin's internal water content, which keeps skin firm and plump at a cellular level, helping to minimise fine lines, whilst balancing and strengthening barrier function. As we age our skin holds onto less water. If we think of a baby's skin which is firm and plump this is due to the amount of Hyaluronic Acid in the skin, which is what we are trying to replenish by using this Serum.
As this is a Water Based Serum it does need to be followed by a Moisturiser/Oil Based Skin Treat in order to nourish the skin and provide a barrier, preventing that water from your Hyaluronic Serum being lost through the skin.
