This isn't the type of feedback we hear often, so if it's ok I'd love to take a closer look into your routine and see if we can get those results on track!
When introducing new skincare the skin can go through an initial adjustment period, and even switching from a gel-based Cleanser to a gentle cream-based Cleanser will also feel different in those first few weeks.
