Our cleanser tubes are filled by a machine which is set to fill the tube to 115mls of product (even though we sell the product advertised as 100ml). The tubes themselves are standard size 100ml product fill tubes and will always allow for an extra 30-40% more room in the tube which allows for the air and also enough room for the sealing process. If any cleanser were to reach the top of the tube once the air is released, the tube would not be able to be sealed.
A brand new unopened Original Uncomplicated cleanser will have the product sit at just above the word "Cleanser" on the packaging. You can check this by holding up your Cleanser with the sun shining behind it.
