It's such a shame to hear you're feeling disappointed with your Cleanser.
The Uncomplicated Cleanser is a cream based cleanser, which is mentioned in the product description. We don't have foams/gels in our range as we find more often than not they can be quite drying/stripping which contributes to many skin concerns. A cleanser should leave your skin feeling balanced- but not with that squeaky clean feel after us.
