“First set had a faulty mug, which appears to be a regular occurrence with these mugs if you read other reviews. I asked for options for a different replacement because judging from the seal where the glass is blown I am not confident that these will last. Espresso parts immediately sent me another set, for which I was both appreciative and disappointed since I wasn’t thrilled with the mugs manufacturing quality. Either way I have not had any other issues, and the mugs are just beautiful and pleasurable to drink from. 3/5, and very fast customer service.”
