“Love the Chemex filters and method. The bleached filters don't have the paper taste like the unbleached ones. Even use these filter with a travel pour-over cone. You do have to fold up the pointed bottom to fit the flat-bottomed cone but the coffee is still great. Taste is much better that using Melita filters.”
