“Recieved a pitcher rinser, it wasn't working properly, asked to send it back and get another one. It was communicated that they would not do a replacement and that it was our water pressure. Added a regulator on the waterline, no fix, then ordered a new pitcher rinser and it resolved our issue. Never had a bad experience until this situation when support was needed. Ended up spending $650 on 2 pitcher rinsers and 1 is brand new and broken.”
“Sometimes you buys something because you think it'll be practical and helpful, and it totally exceeds your expectations.
We got this to replace our little hand sprayer attachment on our sink, since we're always washing Ninja blender bottles, Nalgene bottles, growlers, and Purist sport bottles. They're all awkward to clean because of their shapes, and I procrastinate washing them since I know they'll be a pain... And then they get gross. (I know I'm not alone here. Let's be real.)
But this thing is RAD. It blasts everything clean really fast, and the little wobbling plate pivots so it can rinse out even really weird shaped sides on the bottles. The rinser has a metal dish with a metal plate that you push down, and it sprays a jet of water straight up from the middle.
Install was easy, I'm definitely not handy but it was straightforward thanks to the instructions. I love this thing, and I'll never go back to rinsing stuff in the sink again!”
“I love this Rinser.
I looked into the other plastic options on the market, but this thing will get a ton of use.
The all-metal construction gives me confidence, and it matches my stainless steel sink, not only in look but also in quality. I never have to worry about it breaking or chipping.
My wife thought she would never use it. It turns out those 1/2 drank homemade latte cups she leaves in her car after her commute are pretty hard to get clean. The way the plate thing moves gets everything in the mug.
I use to get in trouble for not rinsing the glass spaghetti sauce jars before recycling, not anymore.”
