“Shipping was fast, and I loved the Atmos when it first arrived. The twist motion to evacuate air from the canister is easy enough, though if you have any hand/wrist mobility trouble, I could see this causing an issue. The canister looks nice on the counter, and the vacuum definitely keeps coffee beans noticeably fresh.
However, after only a book out 1 week of daily use, the vacuum mechanism seems to have failed. No amount of twisting seems to draw even the slightest vacuum.
I’ve emailed EspressoParts customer service, but have not yet received a response.
Unfortunately, without the vacuum, the canister still looks nice, but is not functional.”
