“After using a larger, batch brew type cold brew device from OXO, I am thrilled with the quality of the Hario Mizudashi cold brew device. I appreciate the batch size and the fact that it takes up very little space in my refrigerator. The coffee filter is VERY EASY to clean as is the carafe. I also like that the finished product is ready to drink as opposed to a concentrate. I can't think of any way to improve the quality of this cold brew maker.”
“It works perfectly, but the sizing makes the recipe quite restrictive. It's sized perfectly for one recipe and any other ratio will not fit- either the coffee won't fit in the filter or the water won't reach up high enough.”
