“I do have the ceramic one as well. After using ghat for almost a year decided to purchase plastic one for better heat retention. But not surprised with the result. The same coffee beans and same grind size and the same water temperature and filter give me completely different results. It takes almost 1:45 sec extra in brewing time even though the bottom hole looks slightly bigger than the ceramic version. Don’t know what the problem is but I already switched back to ceramic”
