“The order was originally filled incorrectly with brown size 2 filters. I called Espresso Parts customer service and they told me that they would send out the correct filter size and color at no additional charge to me. I would order again from them. I have used Seattle Coffee Gear in the past, but they have been out of Kallita filters. So I decided to try this company.”
