I was able to purchase a new set of grinder burrs for my grinder. It is now essentially like a brand new grinder and it actually is not using as much coffee as the older set was consuming. The grind is the same consistency after dialing it in again and it uses less. The new burrs are wonderful and I continue to really enjoy the grinder, the LaPavoni and the coffee. I have been able to keep these items functional with help from espressoparts.com and their inventory. Great company who does a great job of keeping our coffee needs fulfilled. “The OEM Mazzer burrs are a bit more expensive than generic burrs for the same machine; however, they are worth every penny. Would highly recommend these. Also, don't wait until you replace burrs to clean your grinder. Regular cleaning in important to maintain the full flavor of a freshly ground bean.”
