“Through clumsiness i broke tow out of three of the hopper legs early on (2010 Ascaso iMini). It has been a great trusty grinder for years. I finally spent a few bucks to get a replacement hopper protector, and with a little good work, ie: I had to drill out some broken off plastic leg peices, it is all now perfectly restored. Love that the fix was so inexpensive! I will also say here that the website formula for shipping was $20 plus dollars! Contacting the helpers directly, they brought that shipping way, way down. Excellent customer support.”
