“The handle works perfectly, but the shipment of the item was spotty. I don't exactly attribute the blame to espresso parts (more to USPS), but I was not notified that the item had been returned to the warehouse and that I had been refunded. I ended up having to reorder and have it sent to a different address.
Their customer service over the phone is impeccable, and they helped me sort it out.
