“Email customer service personel are very nice and helpful. However, I sent an inquiry through the website to check if a part was the right one for my machine. I never got a response. So I ordered what I believed to be the correct part. The first pkg got lost and the second pkg arrived without the part I really needed. I was not informed by anyone that the part was out of stock or any other reason for the missing part. Emailed customer service again. Will update my review depending on how it goes.”
