“I love the color of this mug but the shape is not particularly comfortable to hold and it absolutely does not keep my coffee warmer than any of my single layer mugs and actually cools faster than some of my other mugs. I’m more than a little disappointed. I do have to say customer service was outstanding - I received one mug with a crack and received the replacement in about a week”
