“It's a nice grommet, but it doesn't fit my machine, so it's now in my junk box.
Once I took the bottom off, I found my machine's power cord strain relief to be a rather fancy system employing a friction lock held by a half-inch (or so) hex nut. Giving the nut a quarter turn with pliers fixed the problem. The cord's now held in nice and tight.
