UPS delayed the shipment twice, which I know is not Espresso Parts problem, but the cost to send such a small part is ridiculous. A $13 part costing almost the same amount to ship is silly. I roast coffee and ship coffee orders across the country and I would go out of business charging the shipping and handling fees you charge.”
