“The handle fits well -- but was essentially unusable out of the box due to the rough, coarse-sanded wood. (It will honestly give you splinters). A few passes with some 320-grit sandpaper, and 2 coats of mineral oil, and it is now good-to-go. The price of this handle is a bit less than many other custom wood handles; so if you are willing to do some extra work to make it functional, then this is the one for you. However, if you want to nice, finished wood handle that you can immediately slap on to your portafilter, then I would look elsewhere.”

“I purchased this with the La Marzocco Factory Cut Bottomless Portafilter and it's a nice upgrade to our GS3. It was easy to switch out the plastic handle, just let the machine heat up with the portafilter locked in and use a rubber jar opener to twist the handle off. It looks great and feels solid. 10 out of 10!

“We used these to replace the stock handles on our 2 group Slayer (gen 2) and I'm really happy with them. They both feel great and look good. The color of the wood is slightly darker than what is shown in the picture, which I was actually happy with.
