“My steam valve came with only 1 O-ring think it 3/8 of inch. After all the emails , I thought you would send me a couple of O-rings.....You can mail the rings in a regular mail in a regular envelope that cost 50 cent. “When water drips started to shoot out of the swiveling section on my steam wand, I knew that it was time to change the consumables in the wand. But which pieces to get? I knew I’d have to find a parts diagram and just guess which parts were the culprit. Browsing the parts list, I saw the rebuild kit. Voila! Everything possibly needed was there and labeled clearly, which was very helpful because no instructions were given. I had done it once before and will undoubtedly do it again. I didn’t remember any of the details and will probably forget all about them again, but it’s no problem. Great kit! I was up and steaming in very little time.”
