“The screen is fine and works as it should. However we are having a hard time placing orders on Espresso Parts. Too many times the website says the part is in stock only to find out 2-3 weeks later the part is on back order without any communication. It’s better for us to spend more money with an espresso technician to get parts. We are only going to give Espresso Parts a few more tries before we say goodbye for good. I’m sure you can look at our account and see how much we have already started purchasing from other vendors that are more reliable. Sadly those vendors are on Amizon.”
