“my reveiw is not based on the service I received. it is based entirely upon being sent a faulty product. Instead of having a right and left panel for my machine, i was sent two left panels.. I am currently waiting on the replacement and have been in contact with Espresso Parts about the issue. Since this was a special order, it is taking some time to remedy the sitation. Hopefully, we will have the issue resolved quickly.”
“We were very grateful to find this item in stock as every other place I looked no longer carried this item. It arrived in excellent condition and was relatively easy to install. It was just missing two cover plates (which I just reused from our old panel, so it wasn't too much of a problem). Would definitely recommend this company and would order from them again.”
