“I ordered three screws to hold the screen onto the group of my Rancilio Sylvia. The website said that the screws I ordered would fit any Sylvia. However, the screws I received were about 1/8 inch longer than the one that came with my Sylvia, and because of this they didn't fit. I called customer support and they asked me to take pictures and send them in. I did that. Three days later, I hadn't hear back so I called again. The person I spoke too said they hadn't received the email so I sent it again. That one didn't show up either, so the customer support person said he would send a note to their IT people and they would look for it and to expect a call back the next day. I didn't receive a call back, so the following day I called Espresso Parts for the third time. After some searching, they finally found my original email. The person I spoke with grudgingly agreed that the screws they sent were not the same as the one that came with my machine. He agreed (finally) to provide a refund, which arrived today (10 days after my original call). I've had good luck in the past with this company, but they really dropped the ball on this one. One other comment: they have without a doubt the most obnoxious greeting I have ever heard on their customer service line. If you have to call them, just press 1 as soon as you can to avoid listening to it.”
