I received a second Saeco Portafilter basket, as the first one was way too tight and difficult to get in and especially, out. Unfortunately the second one was exactly the same as the first one. I have had this machine for more than 20 years and I have never had to use anything but my fingers to remove the basket. The ones that you have sent are so tight that I have to use a lever, all around the entire basket edge, twice. I have been using it with the hope that it will loosen with time.”
