“This was just a lid but i have ordered several other replacement parts (because I'm a clutz and drop them, not because of poor quality) and they have always come very quickly. I can hardly say that about any other online store today.”

“It's glass and it's easy to to accidentally drop since it's not securely attached at the top. Otherwise, does exactly what you'd expect.”
