“I bought this to replace the original filter that came with my Hermiston Pot with Stainless Cone Filter (20oz). This filter is the best as the screen allows the hot water to pass through with minimal amount of coffee grinds to get through. It also saves water as you do not have to use hot water on a paper filter to get the paper flavor from getting into your coffee and you don't have to use paper filters at all. The down side is I used to whack it to put the used grinds in my compost container and it broke the welds around the rim. Thus I had to buy a replacement. Great investment if you do a lot of pour over coffee like I do.”
