“I am disappointed about the delivery, the first delivery was delivered to another country and then I was told to order again and then the second delivery i only received the case without the strap. And then I have to contact again customer service and then they delivered the rope after. And there was not sincere apology. Or because all of this was the mistake from your side I could have gotten some kind of discount for the service I received. This was not the first time I ordered from here, but unfortunately probably the last time I will.”
