“I ordered my fourth phone casing and landyard (strap). The first ones were very easy to order. The last one was more tricky. I think the "shopping" experience was way more difficult. I knew what I was ordering but I had to waste time looking for it. I even ordered from the German store without even knowing there was a difference in buying from the wrong store. I had to cancel that order and reorder from the US store. Still waiting for reimbursement from the German store order. I knew what I wanted because I went through the process not knowing that I was ordering from the wrong store. Then trying to do it from the US store was a nightmare. Whatever or whoever changed the process....you messed up from the previous process and the German store process. Other than the shopping process, I did receive my order in a week and I'm happy with my new phone case and landyard.”
