“Battery seems to be OK but I paid for next day delivery from Euro Car Parts and it took 2 days to arrive (not the courier's fault). When it arrived the lifting handle was missing as it had been broken off. I assume that this had happened in the warehouse. I complained about the delivery and the broken handle but have had no response from Euro Car Parts. The product is working fine but customer service is unacceptable.”
