“The battery was past its sell by date. It messed up the electrics of my (vintage) car, made the alarm constantly go off, set off the immobiliser and caused the car to break down when I was in a hospital appointment. I had to be towed up several hills to get it fixed. I missed several days of work and it cost £280 at the garage, 2 visits different mechanics and 2 call outs from the AA. I had to exchange it for a charged battery. When I bought it, the staff behind the desk completely ignored me. I had to ring the bell because they'd left me standing there like a lemon in their reception without a glance or hello. The entire experience was ridiculous.
If I could give this less than 1 star, I would.”
