“The battery was ordered in error, I tried to cancel the order with in 5 minutes, unfortunately your website has no way to cancel an order, 30 minutes later I rang your Wakefield branch and they had no record of the order, I drove to the Wakefield branch the next morning and they could find no record of the order ?, my only corse of action was to wait for delivery and then refuse delivery.
Not a very good system”
