“I ordered a battery with express delivery from Eurocarparts. Previous delivery have been good but they emailed me and said the battery was delivered. It wasn’t delivered and I had to contact customer support. They said they would contact the local warehouse to follow up and get back the same day. They never got back back that or the next day. I requested a refund and got the money back shortly after. I am sure battery was great but it never arrived and got lost somewhere.”
“Took the battery home. Put it on the car and it was completely dead. Even though the green light on the top said it was ok. Was told by the recovery man that Lion batteries are known for being dodgy. Returned and got a Bosch one instead”
