“New Battery was flat and would not take a charge! had to return it to the chertsey store, they said to contact head office for my refund, sent 2 email requested on your online platform got 2 ticket numbers but no other information, tried to call 3/4 times hang on for up to 35 mins no answer!! Went back to the Chertsey store they said deal with head office, not very helpful. So its been a bad experience. Can some one please call me and help with my refund???
