“Europarts did well . . . . Battery was a GREAT price and when fitted to.my car , has restored my vehicles reliability . . . .very pleased !
What I'm NOT pleased with is the ue of EVRI s a courier . . . . This company is USELESS ! OK , the last three parcels . . . . the oldest, parcel no.1 was posted through the letterbox of an unoccupied Holiday Home (NOT my address) so, was 'lost' for weeks until access could be gained . . . .Parcel no.2 WAS LOST ALTOGETHER . . . EVRI said it was 'at our Hub' in their tracking update . . . .REALLY ? Never arrived ! What DID arrive was an email from EVRI saying 'Regarding the parcel we delivered to you' ! ! You couldn't make it up could you ! Next . . . Parcel no.3 . . . . my Europarts Battery . . . . Did they deliver it to me ? ? You bet they DID NOT ! They delivered it ( in a deluge of rain) to the rear of the same Holiday Home they'd delivered parcel no.1 to ! BUT their tracking website was not working properly for TWO days , which meant I was CLUELESS as to where it was ! . . . . I'm disabled, and when I WAS able to view the 'proof of delivery' I had been without the use of my car for nearly 7 days ! ! Europarts said 'delivery within 3 - 5 days' EVRI let Europarts AND ME down ! !
EVRI had the cheek to ask me what I thought of their service ! I told them in NO uncertain terms what I thought . . . . . they asked me how I would like to be contacted . . . .I said PHONE . . . .have they rung me ? What do you think ? NO CHANCE ! Not a THING from EVRI ! ! SO. . . in essence . . . .I'm pleased with EUROPARTS (NO problem) but EUROPARTS need to use a more reliable and efficient Courier than EVRI”
“The battery seems to be pretty good. Bought it for vw 2.0 diesel and it starts first crank. I didn't bother to look on the date when it was actually manufactured as the current seems pretty strong. Would recommend it for your vw diesel”
