Some brands have a spout as part of the cap which might've made pouring a little easier but with a funnel on hand you won't miss either way.”

You have to go to a store and ask for a refund.
A refund that after 13 days doesn’t happen.
Try to call the numbers that don’t work and ask again for a refund.
