“The product was exactly what I ordered, however I paid for same day delivery, the item did not arrive the same day and when contacted I was just told I would receive it at some point the following day and no refund was offered even though I did not receive the service I paid for. I decided to get same day delivery as I needed the this for the following morning and had no time to get to the store.”
