“Would love to review this jack, but after 3 weeks waiting and over 4 hours wasted on the phone trying to find out where it has got to, it still hasn't arrived, despite showing as "in stock and available for next day delivery" Absolutely shocking customer service. I only live 6 miles from their head office in Tamworth, yet I can't go and collect it for some reason. Clearly advertising stock that they don't have, then trying to source it once an order is placed. Very disappointing.”
“I received the jack as a fathers day present. All seemed to pump up and down ok. However when I finally needed to use on my sons car it pumped up but as soon as it tried to lift car the pump arm went lose and did not raise any more. I vented the piston as per instructions (although the instructions did not seem to correlate with the jack i had!). There seemed to be plenty of fluid in there and no evidence of any leak.I have contacted Eurocarparts regarding this but as yet have not had a response. I always use ECP and never had any issues- I'm sure it will be resolved in time. Just a bit disappointed as really needed the Jack.”

“Looks the part but has disappointingly low mechanical advantage. Quite hard work lifting half the weight of our 750kg caravan. Wouldn’t like to try anything approaching the 2 tonne alleged capacity ie over 5 times what I was lifting.”
