“The brush arrived broken and arrangements were made to return it and replace with a new one. After many emails and phone calls it was replaced 5 weeks later!!!! Customer service is none existent and response time appalling.”
“Order never showed up and.euro carparts didn't reply to my emails requesting an answer. they said they delivered it....but given we've been in lockdown we haven't been anywhere so they're record showing it was delivered is flawed”
