“I called the branch ahead of purchasing to see if the item was in stock. It was. I was told by the assistant I had to click and collect. The item would not allow me to do this. I suggested paying for it online and collecting from the store but I was told it was click and collect or home delivery only. To me this was click and collecting! In the end I had to do home delivery which was 3 days. Not the end of the world but if you are told you can only click and collect in store then the website should allow you to do it”
“Item was in a plastic bag out of its original packing as the original packing had clearly been cut open with a sharp knife, so unit was not new and was not discounted, was disappointed.”
