“The delivery was the incorrect product for my project and the considerate personnel returned the product and was most cordial in conversation and i will use the company again even though supply of the correct product was unavailable from you”

“Happy with the product but not happy with travelling from South Shields to Sunderland to find that the depot had never received any confirmation of my order, only the kindness of the warehouse guy in offering to deliver later in the day that has saved this from being a very poor review”

“Boards are fine, was very disappointed to discover that ordering and paying online costs more than just turning up and paying for them, and that I was expected to collect them the next day, rather than say 30 minutes after ordering. Either sort this out or don't bother with online ordering.”
