“The product is just what I needed and looks great, however I ordered skirting, architraves and internal, external corners, it was approximately ten days after delivery I was ready to fit only to find I had no internal angles delivered. I contacted the main office who were extremely unhelpful stating that it was my fault because I didn't check that all items I had ordered were delivered, likewise I replied, should you not check that all items ordered are delivered?! I was then told to contact my local branch to see if they could help, they said they were too busy to check the order but in any case the internals were out of stock! As I was waiting to complete on these internals I decided to try the click and collect option and simply buy some more! This option allowed me to order the internals with next day collection , however, when I contacted the local branch to collect I was simply told " I thought we'd already said they are out of stock" With this response I just mitred th internals and finished off the job, two days later, the internals were posted to me!!! I now have paid for double the amount of internals I needed, got one set two days after I finished without them and I dare say I will be in no position to get a refund for the set I never received or the ones I now don't need!!! The moral of this storey is as the lady in head office says, " check you receive all you ordered as it will be YOUR fault if your order is short of any items!!!!!”
