“The product is exactly as described, the only problem being the order system. I ordered on-line and chose to collect from my local store. However, the computer system used for on-line orders does not communicate properly with the store's system! On arrival they did not have any record of the order number - they are not told it. They were expecting to deliver it - they had not been told it was an order for collection. I wanted some additional items but the store price does not match the on-line price and they are not allowed to change it to match! Service in-store is very good and friendly, they clearly know about customer care, but the inability of the on-line system to correctly communicate with the in-store computer system is not acceptable. Please make sure that the two systems talk to each other properly and fully.”
