“Ordered window board on line no problem. Said it would be delivered to eurocell unit /shop .didn't arrive went to collect it found out didn't put my order on lorry ( forgot) now have to wait.”

“I ordered from Chesterfield online and item was in stock. Went 7 miles to collect only to be told there never in stock system just says they are. Was promised one that afternoon or next day delivered from the Mansfield branch. that never materialised. rang each day and was told it would be delivered Wednesday. Rang today and delivery was in but not sure if there was one, would check and call/text me. Never called. Doesn't matter that its paid for and i have an irate customer wanting there job finishing. 4 days waiting and still no window board.”

“Picked the window board up on the way home from work.....you don't realise just how long 5m is until you try get it in your car lol. The guys at the Medway city estate branch could not do enough to help one of them even cut the window board in half for me so it would fit in my car. What great customer service this will not be the last time I use Eurocell and you would be proud of your staff for the great customer support and services they provide.”

“Good quality window board. Easy to cut and fix. Would be better if you could buy in shorter lengths, only needed 1M.”
