“I was slightly skeptical when 1st buying this mat thinking it would be flimsy and wear out quickly. So far the towel mat has stood up against yoga, hot yoga, and yoga at the beach. The design has faded slightly possibly due to the fact that I am sweating constantly and rubbing my hands/body all over the mat. The mat is a true towel so it is a bit thin to use alone but I prefer to layer a non slip mat under to hold it in place.”
